Today's special : "Poule au pot"

© All Rights Reserved
It is a typical french dish. This dish has been created
by the famous french king, Henri IV. Half past three of
cooking are necessary. And you. What do you eat on Sundays ?

Are those huge carrots? Sunday meals? Depends on where I am or whether it's a holiday. We often prefer brunch with the children and grandchildren. Lots of fun. While in Mexico, I eat out--anywhere I can find good food! Which happens to be everywhere!!

Definitely chicken, not the cook today so I don't know how it's being cooked!

Yummy. Your lunch looks so delicious. I wouldn't mind a recipe for Poule au pot.
I'm having prawns in garlic and chilly with rice today. A friend is cooking, so that's a bonus.
Bon apetit.

Wow. I would love to know how to make that dish. Will you publish the recipe? Tonight is a special occasion, and we are going out to our favourite restaurant for Indian food, but usually on Sunday nights I cook meat of some kind. usually roast beef, or roast chicken. Then I can usually have some leftovers to take to work.

Looks delicious for a winter day.

This Sunday (we don't always have roast on Sundays!) i prepared a buffet of fresh, green salad, tuna & bean salad, rice with peas & sweetcorn, cold roast chicken, ham, granary bread, cheese.

For dessert, ice cream & maple syrup.
